My Story
Growing up in a small town in India in the 1980s I watched a world of jet setters, luxurious houses, stylish clothes, and fancy cars on television. This became my vision of success and happiness.
To attain it, I focused on excelling in academics. I achieved this by consistently ranking first in class, and ranking in the top 0.1% of math students in all of India. This hard work led me to a prestigious college and business school, followed by roles at world renowned companies and then multiple successful entrepreneurial ventures. I found myself living the life I'd always dreamed of in Singapore.
However, in 2013, a devastating loss shook my world. It took me many years to heal, and through my healing I started questioning this way of living life. Do all these accolades and possession really matter in the end?
I embarked on a journey to find out how to live. I spoke to wise individuals, delved into spirituality, philosophy, and psychology, and embraced practices like yoga, mindfulness, and vipassana. Amidst this pursuit, a simple thread wove through all this wisdom: lasting happiness isn’t sourced from externalities. It resides in introspection and aligning with a deeper purpose.
As I researched purpose and experienced it in my life, I realised that having a purpose not only brings meaning to life, but also opens up a new gear enabling us to achieve our full potential. We can live in alignment with ourselves and also thrive in the world.
My mission is to guide people towards a deep purpose, enabling them to perform at their full potential.
